In most cases, there is no additional fee for booking your vacation through us. However, depending on the complexity of your trip, we may require an upfront Plan & Go planning fee. This fee covers the time, research, and administration involved in creating your personalized itinerary. When you book your trip with us, the planning fee is credited toward your final trip payment. If you decide not to proceed with the booking, the fee is non-refundable and retained as compensation for the professional planning services already provided. All applicable fees and conditions are clearly explained upfront.
